YOUR TIP FOR MARCH 4, 2010
Keep your message s-i-m-p-l-e.
WHY? A simple message is a repeatable message. When your customer weighs the pros against the cons, you want those key selling points at front and center of her mind.
HOW? Limit yourself to three main points in your sales presentation. Make them clear and emotionally engaging, and don't YOU repeat them (that makes you look desperate).
Then wait for the questions.
