Fine jewelry designer Allison Neumann opened a 400-square-foot boutique in San Diego’s historic Gaslamp District in October 2014. She launched her collection, Allison Neumann, in 2010, with designs incorporating rough sapphires. Neumann is a GIA graduate gemologist and graduate jeweler, a member of AGTA and 24 Karat Club of Southern California. She’s on the international board of the Women’s Jewelry Association and was recognized as a WJA Shining Star Winner in 2012.
