Kenmark Renews License Agreement With Timex

LOUISVILLE, KY – Kenmark, a designer and distributor of optical eyewear and sunglasses, has announced the renewal of an exclusive license agreement for the development, production and worldwide distribution of eyewear for the Timex brand. The six-year agreement will extend to Dec. 31, 2021.

Kenmark has partnered with Timex since 1999, launching the brand within the optical industry and since expanding the collection with the addition of segments such as Timex, TMX, Style, Max and Stretch.

“I am thrilled to extend our longest running license with Timex,” says Kenmark CEO Mike Cundi. “We are looking forward to partnering for many more years and continuing to bring amazing designs to market for the brand.”
