Worthy Hires Regina Ciarleglio as Director of Retail Development

NEW YORK, NY – Worthy, an online seller of preowned diamonds and luxury-branded watches, has announced that Regina Ciarleglio has joined the company as director of retail development.

Ciarleglio brings more than 25 years of of jewelry industry expertise, most recently as vice president of client development at GE Capital.

“We are thrilled to have Regina on board as we feel she brings a great deal of
knowledge and expertise to Worthy from the jewelry industry. She will be a valuable
asset to growing the Worthy business and retail distribution,” says Gil Gadot, COO and
executive vice chairman of Worthy.

Ciarleglio will be working closely with store partners across the country, building the
Worthy Jeweler Program. “What attracted me to Worthy was how this auction platform
can truly help jewelers increase profits, traffic and customer satisfaction all with no
investment on the retailer’s part,” says Ciarleglio, “Seriously, how often does this
happen?”

In addition, Ciarleglio brings established relationships and client development leadership to build the Worthy’s Jewelers Program. “I will be bringing the same ethics and partnership that I have ascribed to since I began my career in the industry with Cartier,” she says.
