Twenty people stormed a jewelry store in Sunnyvale, CA, and smashed jewelry cases using hammers and other tools.

The suspects fled the store in multiple vehicles following the June 12 incident, and after a police chase, five were arrested, according to a bulletin from the Jewelers’ Security Alliance.

Those arrested were charged with multiple crimes, including armed robbery.

The robbery occurred shortly before 1:30 p.m. at PNG Jewelers, NBC Bay Area reported.
