International fugitive Anibal Mustelier has been arrested and charged in a series of jewelry store robberies, the Miami Herald reports. The article says that Mustelier, known as “The Ghost,” is a suspected hit-man-for-hire who is believed to have masterminded a 1996 Miami bank heist that netted more than $5 million. Authorities suspect he is the crew chief in a string of Miami jewelry store robberies going back to 2015. Two others have been arrested in those crimes, and a fourth member of the group is still being sought.
