AGTA GemFair Las Vegas and JCK Partner for Next Three Years

(PRESS RELEASE) DALLAS, TX — The American Gem Trade Association (AGTA) announced that AGTA GemFair Las Vegas has a long-term home at the JCK Show in Las Vegas. AGTA and JCK reached an agreement that will extend their partnership through 2025. AGTA GemFair Las Vegas will be located on the main floor next to the Luxury and Plumb Club Pavilions at the Venetian Expo.

“This is exciting news for AGTA and our members, especially after such a successful first day at JCK,” said Kimberly Collins, AGTA president. “We have been working with JCK over the past few months to bring all our members back under the GemFair umbrella starting in 2023. We want to thank Sarin Bachmann, Group Vice President of RX Jewelry Group and the entire JCK team, for working with us to develop a contract that allows us to do that.”

While AGTA had been a part of the JCK shows for prior years, the AGTA GemFair Las Vegas show started at the Venetian Hotel. “We’ve been in several locations in Las Vegas, with JCK and without,” said Collins. “We’ve learned that being an anchor at the JCK show is the right fit for AGTA members and allows us to provide a unique shopping experience for JCK buyers.” The 2023 AGTA GemFair Las Vegas will feature loose colored gemstone and cultured pearl dealers, colored gemstone jewelry designers and for the first time, a Fine Gems Pavilion.

Open one day before the rest of JCK, AGTA GemFair Las Vegas 2022 opened on June 9 runs through June 13, and is located in the GEMS Pavilion at the Venetian Expo.

At JCK, the jewelry and gemstone industries come together for product and trend sourcing and discovery, as well as educational seminars, keynotes, networking and special events hosted both by JCK and industry leading partners,” stated Sarin Bachmann, group vice president of RX Jewelry Group. “We are thrilled to bring an important partner such as AGTA back into the fold with an expanded long-term commitment. We received great feedback on having AGTA back at JCK and are excited to let the industry know they can count on finding AGTA at JCK in Las Vegas for many more years ahead!”
