Ben Bridge Jeweler Acquires Olympic Manufacturing to Enhance Customer Service and Capabilities

(PRESS RELEASE) SEATTLE WA — Ben Bridge Jeweler announced the acquisition of Olympic Manufacturing, a full-service jewelry repair and manufacturing company based in Bellevue, Washington. This strategic move marks a significant step towards greater vertical integration, enabling Ben Bridge to offer enhanced, faster, and more customized services to its customers and support the local jewelry community.

Olympic Manufacturing has been a trusted partner of Ben Bridge for over three decades. Founded in 1975, the family-owned business has built a stellar reputation for expert repair and custom craftsmanship throughout the region. The acquisition brings Olympic Manufacturing’s long-tenured team and comprehensive suite of services under the Ben Bridge umbrella. Services include CAD design, in-house casting, laser repair, engraving, and full custom jewelry creation.

The Olympic Manufacturing team will continue to operate from their current location providing local customers with the same familiar faces and exceptional service. Additionally, they will support Ben Bridge’s wider retail network with enhanced custom and repair offerings.

“We are thrilled to officially welcome this exceptional team into the Ben Bridge family,” said Lisa Bridge, President & CEO of Ben Bridge Jeweler. “By bringing their talent and capabilities in-house, we can ensure even more quality control, efficiency, and personal attention for our clients. Their unmatched expertise and dedication to the craft align perfectly with our mission to provide the highest level of service to our customers.”

This newly acquired facility will also open the door for Ben Bridge to expand business-to-business services. By offering manufacturing and repair support to other independent jewelers, Ben Bridge hopes to help strengthen the local jewelry network. “We are excited to offer our capabilities as a resource,” added Bridge. “We believe that by supporting fellow jewelers in our community, we can build a stronger, more vibrant industry for everyone.”

The Olympic Jeweler acquisition will serve as a vital extension of Ben Bridge’s service operations, further enabling quick turnaround times and personalized care while also creating new avenues for growth, innovation, and shared success.

Closing With Confidence: How Bailey's Fine Jewelry Achieved Outstanding Results With Wilkerson

When Trey Bailey, President and CEO of Bailey's Fine Jewelry, decided to close the Crabtree location in Raleigh, North Carolina after 15 years, he knew the decision needed to be handled with intention and professionalism. The goal was clear: exit the location while maintaining financial strength and honoring the store's legacy. Having worked with Wilkerson successfully in the past, Bailey understood the value of their comprehensive approach. "They understood both the emotional and financial sides of the store closing sale," Trey explains. "Their reputation for professionalism, results and care made it a very easy decision." The results exceeded expectations. Wilkerson helped Bailey's sell through significant inventory while maintaining the dignity of the closing process. "They don't just run a sale, they help close a chapter in the best way possible," Bailey says, strongly recommending Wilkerson to any jeweler facing a similar transition.
