(PRESS RELEASE) FERMO, ITALY — Brosway Italia announces Giovanni Feroce, the original CEO of jewelry maker Alex and Ani, who was responsible for the retailer’s explosive growth, from a small $2 million-dollar Rhode Island based retail family operation to a billion-dollar global powerhouse is back in the jewelry industry at a strategic level.

“I am a big believer that life comes full circle” says the naturalized American citizen, whose family immigrated from Italy when he was a child. “To have the privilege to broaden the vision and hard work of Brosway Italia’s legendary founder Lanfranco Beleggia and his talented family and company employees in the United States is a dream come true for me.”

Mr. Feroce’s consultancy, GF Strategic Consulting, will serve as a strategic advisor to Brosway Italia (U.S.) CEO, Beatrice Beleggia. “I am looking forward to executing an aggressive expansion in the United States while simultaneously taking advantage of the mentorship and marketing expertise that comes with working with Giovanni”, added Ms. Beleggia; Both expect the announcement will lead to excitement, positively impacting talent acquisition and retail partnerships. As a first step, Mr. Feroce will be adding his team of Digital Strategy experts and National Sales expertise.
