(PRESS RELEASE) Casio America, Inc. introduces two new timepieces in partnership with rag & bone that marry Casio’s innovative watch design with rag & bone’s classic brand of downtown cool. The new A1000RCB-1B and A1000RCG-8 collaboration timepieces showcase the brand’s commitment to timeless and functional design.

Inspired by one of CASIO’s earliest digital watches, the A1000 has an octagonal case and thin profile that sits comfortably on the wrist. The new A1000RCB-1B and A1000RCG-8 feature a contemporary monochromatic band and case. Both models are treated with classic military accent colors, a matte finish, and a five-row solid metal band that ensures long-lasting comfort. The rag & bone brand mark is also etched on the case back and buckle.

An LCD screen protected by sapphire glass is at the face’s center and displays the time clearly, while also providing space for several additional and useful functions, including the date, a stopwatch, and alarm. All settings are controlled by three convenient buttons on the case sides.

The A1000RCB-1B (Black) and A1000RCG-8 (Gun Metallic) are now available for purchase (MSRP: $250) here.

Retiring? Let Wilkerson Do the Heavy Lifting

Retirement can be a great part of life. As Nanji Singadia puts it, “I want to retire and enjoy my life. I’m 78 now and I just want to take a break.” That said, Nanji decided that the best way to move ahead was to contact the experts at Wilkerson. He chose them because he knew that closing a store is a heavy lift. To maximize sales and move on to the next, best chapter of his life, he called Wilkerson—but not before asking his industry friends for their opinion. He found that Wilkerson was the company most recommended and says their professionalism, experience and the homework they did before the launch all helped to make his going out of business sale a success. “Wilkerson were working on the sale a month it took place,” he says. “They did a great job.”
