These days, when we may still be apart from our families and loved ones, it’s imperative to celebrate those people in our lives who are the nearest and dearest to our hearts. We choose to celebrate Mother’s Day even more intensely then we have done before.

Although advertising might allude to the contrary, Mother’s Day has never been just a Hallmark moment. Sure, there are AT&T television commercials from the past that have made us cry while watching them — seeing a mother and daughter talk on the phone — but in the real world where so many have only had the opportunity to communicate with their moms and grandmothers via Zoom, WhatsApp or phone.

It is a time when honoring these amazing woman who have been in our corner, provided us with strength, nurturing and a whole lot of resolve feels more significant than ever.

These women who have shaped us with their love and understanding — not only mothers and grandmothers but sisters, daughters and aunts — all deserve a meaningful gift that reveals our appreciation of how they are so much a part of our life.
