CHLOË SEVIGNY HAS been an actress to watch for her style-setting looks ever since she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the Oscars in 2000 for her role in Boys Don’t Cry. But there also seems to be a theme to some of her red carpet appearances, at least on three occasions when she wore a black Saint Laurent dress or gown with awe-inspiring jewelry from renowned houses. Let’s start with the 77th Prime Time Emmy Awards. She wore a Saint Laurent gown with high slit and the perfect amount of yellow gold and diamond jewelry worn in all the right places, with the help of her stylist Haley Wollens, whom she has worked with for the past 10 years. My personal favorite were the Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany Maltese Cross clip with diamonds in 18K gold on both straps of her gown. She wore on-the-lobe Tiffany & Co. earrings in 18K gold with diamonds totaling over 30 carats. The Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany Mini Cooper bracelet in 18K gold and platinum with diamonds was styled to perfection over the long sleeve of her gown. She also donned a Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany Four Leaves ring in 18K gold and platinum with a green tourmaline center and diamond surround on her pinky.

In August, at the 2025 Venice Film Festival’s premiere of Luca Guadagnino’s After the Hunt, she wore a different style of black Saint Laurent — a lace bodysuit and bubble skirt with Tiffany & Co. platinum and diamond statement necklace, as well as white gold and diamond earrings and ring.

And if we go back to the 2000 Academy Awards, she was one of the evening’s best dressed and bejeweled actresses, wearing a halter black Yves St. Laurent with a plunging neckline, then designed by the late Alber Elbaz. She wore it with a different style of Maltese cross in platinum and diamonds by Asprey, which was originally made in 1810.

Closing With Confidence: How Bailey's Fine Jewelry Achieved Outstanding Results With Wilkerson

When Trey Bailey, President and CEO of Bailey's Fine Jewelry, decided to close the Crabtree location in Raleigh, North Carolina after 15 years, he knew the decision needed to be handled with intention and professionalism. The goal was clear: exit the location while maintaining financial strength and honoring the store's legacy. Having worked with Wilkerson successfully in the past, Bailey understood the value of their comprehensive approach. "They understood both the emotional and financial sides of the store closing sale," Trey explains. "Their reputation for professionalism, results and care made it a very easy decision." The results exceeded expectations. Wilkerson helped Bailey's sell through significant inventory while maintaining the dignity of the closing process. "They don't just run a sale, they help close a chapter in the best way possible," Bailey says, strongly recommending Wilkerson to any jeweler facing a similar transition.
