We are looking for a high-performing sales manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team’s potential, collaborating on sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service experience, proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, demonstrated integrity and professionalism, well organized with an eye for detail, and a professional demeanor and appearance are required.
• Successful experience as a retail sales associate or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
Compensation:
• Salary of $45K – 50K
