Tammy Nelson, founder and CEO of CONQUERing, has been named to Inc.’s 2026 Female Founders 500, an annual list honoring women business leaders whose companies are reshaping their industries.

Tammy Nelson
Nelson founded CONQUERing as a lifestyle jewelry brand whose products serve a dual purpose: its patented, interchangeable rings are designed to be spun or clicked as a tactile tool for managing anxiety, while functioning as everyday fashion accessories. The Cincinnati-based company has grown to more than 175,000 customers across 65 countries and holds 11 patents.
The brand has drawn attention beyond the jewelry industry for its approach to merging fashion with function. It debuted on the Paris Fashion Week runway last year — the first “fidget jewelry” company to receive such a distinction — and has been recognized by Inc. for rapid growth three consecutive years.
Inc. editors evaluate honorees on both quantitative metrics — including revenue growth, funding, and audience size — and qualitative factors such as innovation and social impact.
“What began as a paper prototype has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined,” Nelson said.
