Emily Ratajkowski and Gwyneth Paltrow Shine in FoundRae

I LOVE SEEING HOW celebrities style their jewelry when dressed down in swimwear, vacation wear and summer’s relaxed fashion. It takes few pieces to create an easy-breezy look that elevates the laid-back clothing.

Such is the case with two stars spotted in the cult-favorite FoundRae jewelry: Emily Ratajkowski and Gwyneth Paltrow, both of whom have been seen wearing the brand’s designs on numerous occasions.

Emrata looks adorable in her Burberry hat with bandana peeking out from beneath and a striped beachy two-piece halter and skirt ensemble, accented with FoundRae’s 18K gold Balance Oversized Medallion and Medium Sleek Collar. This bolder statement necklace and a pair of thin hoop earrings are the perfect pieces for a chic nonchalant vibe.

On the FoundRae website the piece is described as an “exuberant medallion menagerie necklace which represents balance…Lunar/solar feminine/masculine, yin/yang. All people have elements of ambition, energy, and fight as well as qualities that have a softer, fluid, accepting and receptive side,” the brand states. “They each have a purpose, a function in developing our human potential and spirituality. Only when we find the right balance, the synthesis of both, do we become whole. It is complemented with our Small Sleek Collar. This necklace looks as if it were cast from a single piece of metal with a bold, shiny finish, but actually, it moves fluidly and molds beautifully to the neck due to its construction.”

Paltrow hits the mark for the same type of relaxed yet confident style in her FoundRae Strong Hearts Love Link Chain necklace. She wears it with what looks like an ultra-comfortable navy short dress. The chain is bold and chunky, which complements her deep V-neckline; the only other pieces she wears are two thin bracelets — one of which looks like a link chain with a charm hanging off, and the other a flexible bangle.

She finishes off her look with a few rings stacked on her ring and pinky finger.

FoundRae’s website describes the chain: “Each link is drawn from a heart, ending and beginning with love, yet the hearts are still discrete. It is the strength of the chain links that are most visible. The hearts are more like a secret you keep in your pocket … the love note your Mom left in your lunch bag … the romantic message tucked into the bouquet … a whisper. Bold but with an undercurrent of romance.”

Both pieces that the two iconic style-setters wear are collectible and meaningful, luxurious yet effortless, and easy to wear.

Honoring a Legacy: How Smith & Son Jewelers Exceeded Every Goal With Wilkerson

When Andrew Smith decided to close the Springfield, Massachusetts location of Smith & Son Jewelers, the decision came down to family. His father was retiring after 72 years in the business, and Andrew wanted to spend more time with his children and soon-to-arrive grandchildren. For this fourth-generation jeweler whose great-grandfather founded the company in 1918, closing the 107-year-old Springfield location required the right partner. Smith chose Wilkerson, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. "Everything they told me was 100% true," Smith says. "The ease and use of all their tools was wonderful." The consultants' knowledge and expertise proved invaluable. Smith and his father set their own financial goal, but Wilkerson proposed three more ambitious targets. "We thought we would never make it," Smith explains. "We were dead wrong. We hit our first goal, second goal and third goal. It was amazing." Smith's recommendation is emphatic: "I would never be able to do what they did by myself."
