(PRESS RELEASE) FORT LEE, NJ — The FANA bridal and fine jewelry brand welcomes Shelby Sterrett and Steve Rumanoff to lead sales development in the West and Northeast, respectively, and Eric Sigg as national sales trainer and inside sales manager. This expansion allows the New York-based, third-generation jeweler to provide more personalized service to its retail partners throughout the US.

“FANA always strives to provide the best possible support to our retail partners,” said co-owner Bobby Jain. “By expanding our team to include Shelby, Steve, and Eric, we’ll be able to connect with all our clients on a regular basis to contribute positively to their businesses. Most importantly, we’ll be able to respond to their needs more quickly to ensure FANA continues to exceed their expectations.”

Sterrett, who joined FANA in February, will lead the newly created West sales region, covering Colorado and all other states on the West Coast. Coming to FANA with more than 15 years as a sales leader on prestige brands, including five years at Tacori as territory manager and business growth leader before being promoted to lead national and key accounts, Sterrett’s international experience spans the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe.

Sigg joins as national sales trainer and inside sales manager, enhancing the FANA training program that focuses on the jewelry, heritage, manufacturing, craftsmanship and customer service. Bringing immense experience and skills to his new role, with more than 15 years in the jewelry and watch industries, including eight years as territory manager and business growth leader with Tacori, Sigg will create and coordinate on-site and online trainings.

Rumanoff joins as Northeast sales director, inclusive of New England and New York State. He will ensure that all retail partners’ needs are met and develop new partners for Fana. Coming with 30 years of experience, Rumanoff was formerly a sales manager at Spectrum Diamonds and Lieberfarb Wedding Bands, and as the co-founder/vice president of Rumanoff’s Fine Jewelry and Design, he understands and has unique insight into the manufacturing and retail sectors. Rumanoff currently serves on the board of directors of IJO.

This Third-Generation Jeweler Was Ready for Retirement. He Called Wilkerson

Retirement is never easy, especially when it means the end to a business that was founded in 1884. But for Laura and Sam Sipe, it was time to put their own needs first. They decided to close J.C. Sipe Jewelers, one of Indianapolis’ most trusted names in fine jewelry, and call Wilkerson. “Laura and I decided the conditions were right,” says Sam. Wilkerson handled every detail in their going-out-of-business sale, from marketing to manning the sales floor. “The main goal was to sell our existing inventory that’s all paid for and turn that into cash for our retirement,” says Sam. “It’s been very, very productive.” Would they recommend Wilkerson to other jewelers who want to enjoy their golden years? Absolutely! “Call Wilkerson,” says Laura. “They can help you achieve your goals so you’ll be able to move into retirement comfortably.”
