FGI launches TruCustom Bridal Customization Services

(PRESS RELEASE) SECAUCUS, NJ — Frederick Goldman, Inc., the leading manufacturer of wedding, bridal and women’s and men’s fine jewelry, announces the launch of its new TruCustom service. This innovative program provides retailers with a simple, one-stop solution for clients who are looking to create custom-designed engagement rings, stackable rings, or anniversary bands. With over 70 years of design and manufacturing expertise, TruCustom is a natural extension of the company’s robust bridal category offerings and will help retailers meet the constantly shifting demands of today’s modern bridal consumer with solutions that prioritize convenience, ease of use, and a meticulously executed final product.

TruCustom offers three unique levels of service depending on the individual client’s request. Level 1 allows for the simple modification of an existing Frederick Goldman, Inc. style, such as changing the center stone carat weight and/or shape. Level 2 allows for more customization of an existing Frederick Goldman, Inc. style, from adjusting the melee size or quantity, re-designing the band or setting, or mixing design elements from two or more rings. And Level 3 of the program allows for the client to build an engagement ring, anniversary band or stackable band design from scratch—the Frederick Goldman, Inc. version of bespoke. This highly specialized level of service offers customers the opportunity to provide hand-drawn sketches, inspiration images, even a drawing on the back of a napkin in pursuit of the design they envision.

Retailers can submit a TruCustom order directly on Frederick Goldman, Inc.’s new B2B site, which is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Easy-to-use forms guide the retailer through the entire process of entering an order and a dedicated TruCustom Concierge Team member is assigned and will be the singular point of contact, making the process streamlined and seamless. Within 48 hours of submission the retailer will receive high-quality, multi-view CAD images of the ring design, along with a price quotation. With the use of industry leading 3D technology, the CAD images provided depict finished quality jewelry images with a high attention to detail allowing the client to feel confident that their ring will be produced exactly as they imagined. Once the design is approved, production begins and within 2 weeks the ring will ship directly to the retailer.
