Bryan’s advancement comes after a successful year as the Vice President of Continuous Improvement, during which he made significant contributions to enhancing operational efficiencies and driving customer satisfaction.

In his new role, Bryan will have direct responsibility for the overall customer experience, from retailer to end consumer. He will oversee the Frederick Goldman customer experience team, the independent and regional sales team and the B2B website, ensuring a seamless and cohesive approach to customer engagement. Bryan’s leadership will bring together FGIs production, execution, marketing, and merchandising groups to solidify a unified team dedicated to customer success.
Bryan brings a diverse background to his new role. Before joining Frederick Goldman, he was the owner of a business in the food service industry, where he honed his skills in customer service and operational efficiency. Additionally, Bryan’s consulting experience with Monitor Group provided him with a strategic perspective on business growth and optimization.
Bryan holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering, credentials that underscore his expertise and commitment to excellence.
