Seeking driven salesperson with special customer service touch who can generate revenues through personalize and proactive customer service. This salesperson will solidify and leverage relationships with new clients and existing clients, many of them elite clientele.
They are seeking an employee who is proactive and reaches out to clients as their personal shopper, to let them know about new product, product ideas, noting and wishing them happy birthdays/anniversaries/valentine’s day/holidays, etc. at times of the year when people may be thinking about gifts to give. The employee must bring their own sales creativity to the table because the company is very open to new ideas.
This employee will be required to steadily build a rapport or put a memory of the business in the mind of people who have purchased or visited the store by proactively keeping in touch; as a result, the client should return to the store because of the employee’s efforts.
The qualities sought in a salesperson are class, passion, self-motivation, drive to succeed, strong relationship building and a love for working with people. They must have a a lot of energy and be easy to work with. They should have the business's best interests in mind and be motivated to reach their own goals and the company’s goals.
Relocating is possible but only if there is familiarity with the country/winter/skiing culture and a definite desire to move.
