Using data from financial research firm Wealth-X, Business Insider compiled a list of the world’s 15 wealthiest people in retail. Among them are three Walmart heirs — Jim Walton, Rob Walton and Alice Walton – each of whom Wealth-X says have a net worth in excess of $30 billion. They all, however, are worth $20 billion less than Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, whose company is directly responsible for Walmart’s backward slide. But even Bezos isn’t No. 1 on the list.
