Had a customer come in last Saturday who had lost some noticeable weight. She said she had been drinking some nutrition shakes and doing some other things. I asked her if she was exercising, and she was so excited to tell me that she found this thing called a vibration plate. If you stand on it a certain way, it was made to feel like you were either walking, jogging or running.
