(PRESS RELEASE) I W Marks, Houston’s beloved local jewelry store, celebrated its 45th anniversary with the best of BBQ, live country music and family-friendly activities on May 13th, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at its location on Bellaire Blvd. Houston, TX 77025.

Guests enjoyed a picnic of delicious award-winning Truth BBQ as I W Marks debuted their signature craft beer, The Eye-Dub Brewberry, created in collaboration with 8th Wonder Brewery. Kids enjoyed face painting, a balloon artist and a caricaturist. Country trio, Nobody’s Fool, played lively tunes throughout the day, adding to the day’s festive energy.

Attendees admired the stunning jewelry pieces on display in I W Marks’ beautiful newly renovated showroom and perused the latest trends in jewelry fashion. In addition, luxury jewelry designers, Sloan Street and Lauren Craft, hosted trunk shows inside the store. A percentage of the proceeds from I W Marks’ jewelry sales benefited the Houston Children’s Charity.

The 45th anniversary event was a vibrant celebration in honor of I W Marks’ generations of service and steadfast standing in the Houston community.

When the Kids Have Their Own Careers, Wilkerson Can Help You to Retire

Alex and Gladys Rysman are the third generation to run Romm Jewelers in Brockton, Mass. And after many decades of service to the industry and their community, it was time to close the store and take advantage of some downtime. With three grown children who each had their own careers outside of the industry, they decided to call Wilkerson. Then, the Rysmans did what every jeweler should do: They called other retailers and asked about their own Wilkerson experience. “They all told us what a great experience it was and that’s what made us go with Wilkerson.” says Gladys Rysman. The results? Alex Rysman says he was impressed. “We exceeded whatever I expected to do by a large margin.”
