IDEX Direct Trading Network Goes Live

The IDEX Direct free subscription provides registered buyers with access to the diamond search facility on idexonline.com. Retailers and diamond buyers can bid and buy online using the IDEX Diamond Buying and Consolidation Services. Purchasers will also enjoy the authentication benefits of the Guaranteed Diamond Transactions (GDTTM) network.

Buyer benefits:

IDEX Direct allows a retailer or buyer to log in and search for diamonds free of charge, paying a transaction fee only when actually purchasing goods.
IDEX has simplified and improved the buying process, which includes enabling retailers to save on shipping costs by consolidating several diamond purchases from different suppliers.
To further protect purchasers, IDEX, with its Guaranteed Diamond Transactions benefit, promises to authenticate all goods against their grading lab certificates prior to shipping. The service ensures that buyers will get exactly what they ordered.
