Indian Court Issues Injunction Against Diamond Manufacturer Rudra Diam

(PRESS RELEASE) HOD HASHARON, ISRAEL — Singapore Exchange Mainboard and Tel-Aviv Exchange listed Sarine Technologies Ltd (“Sarine” and along with its subsidiaries “the Group”) (U77:SI; SARN.TA), a worldwide leader in the development, manufacturing, marketing and sale of precision technology products and services for the evaluation, planning, processing, measurement, grading and trading of diamonds and gems, wishes to report upon the positive outcome of a lawsuit filed by Sarine against the diamond manufacturer Rudra Diam for infringement of Sarine’s copyrighted Advisor diamond planning software.

The Commercial Court in Surat, India has issued an injunction against Rudra Diam permanently prohibiting them from ever using “infringing/pirated versions of Sarine’s Advisor software/computer program (any version thereof), in any manner whatsoever”. In addition, Rudra Diam was required to purchase valid and legal Advisor workstations from Sarine in lieu of any pirated versions currently in use.

David Block, chief executive officer of Sarine, stated, “This is an important step in Sarine’s ongoing efforts to protect its valuable intellectual property. We are committed to enforcing Sarine’s rights and to protect its enormous investment against any and all attempts by other parties to produce and/or use infringing products. We intend to leverage this judicial result and follow through with similar lawsuits against other users of pirated/infringing software.”

This Third-Generation Jeweler Was Ready for Retirement. He Called Wilkerson

Retirement is never easy, especially when it means the end to a business that was founded in 1884. But for Laura and Sam Sipe, it was time to put their own needs first. They decided to close J.C. Sipe Jewelers, one of Indianapolis’ most trusted names in fine jewelry, and call Wilkerson. “Laura and I decided the conditions were right,” says Sam. Wilkerson handled every detail in their going-out-of-business sale, from marketing to manning the sales floor. “The main goal was to sell our existing inventory that’s all paid for and turn that into cash for our retirement,” says Sam. “It’s been very, very productive.” Would they recommend Wilkerson to other jewelers who want to enjoy their golden years? Absolutely! “Call Wilkerson,” says Laura. “They can help you achieve your goals so you’ll be able to move into retirement comfortably.”
