(PRESS RELEASE) ROSEMONT, IL — The holiday season may be the most wonderful time of the year, but for jewelers it can also be the most overwhelming. That’s why The INSTORE Jewelry Show 2025 features a session designed to bring a little relief to the madness.
In “Retail Relief: Making Space in the Holiday Madness” (Saturday, Sept. 27, 2:30–3:20 PM, Room 3), Kyle Bullock, partner at TrainRetail and owner of Bullock’s Jewelry in Roswell, NM, joins forces with fellow TrainRetail partner Jimmy DeGroot to share practical strategies for surviving — and even enjoying — the holiday sprint. With a mix of wit and wisdom, they’ll show attendees how to carve out breathing room when the pressure is highest.
“This session is about finding your rhythm so the holidays don’t run you ragged,” says Trace Shelton, editor-in-chief of INSTORE. “Kyle and Jimmy have a gift for delivering advice that’s not just useful, but fun to hear — exactly what jewelers need in the busiest season of the year.”
The session is part of Saturday’s pre-show education day, which gives retailers a chance to focus on learning before the show floor opens for shopping on Sunday and Monday.
Expect laughs, real-world stories, and simple tactics that make the season more manageable — from smarter scheduling and team communication to ways of keeping your sanity intact when the showroom is packed. You’ll leave feeling lighter, sharper, and ready to sleigh the season.
If holiday stress has you gasping for air, this session will help you find the breathing room you need.
