(PRESS RELEASE) ROSEMONT, IL — With just days until The INSTORE Jewelry Show, sessions at the groundbreaking Social Media Content Station are still available — but they’re filling up fast. If you’re an independent jeweler already registered for The INSTORE Jewelry Show, be sure to register separately to reserve your content-station session.
The INSTORE Jewelry Show takes place Sept. 28–29, 2025, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL, where this first-of-its-kind interactive booth offers retailers hands-on content creation with proven industry experts who understand the unique needs of jewelry retail.
Meet Your Social Media Mentors:
Jen Parker, communications director at Alchemy — Portland’s America’s Coolest Store Award winner — returns by popular demand. After her enthusiastically received panel appearance last year, numerous attendees requested more time with her, prompting a special Saturday morning workshop followed by four hours of one-on-one sessions in the Content Station booth on Sunday (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
“Maximize your visual impact with minimal brain power,” says Parker. “A 30-minute session can arm you with all the tips and tricks you’ll need to create swoon-worthy photography in a flash, without breaking the bank.”
Drew Wooton, video strategist at Wooton Media, brings insider knowledge of jewelry-specific video content. Married to Chae Carter of America’s Coolest Stores award-winner Carter’s Collective, Wooton has developed successful video campaigns for the store and knows exactly what resonates with jewelry customers. He’ll guide participants through creating their own holiday videos while teaching sustainable techniques for ongoing content creation.
“Producing your own videos can be difficult, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun!” says Wooton. “Sign up for a crash-course in how to humanize your brand and weaponize word-of-mouth with just your phone and an honest smile!”
Both experts offer 30-minute personalized sessions that deliver immediate, holiday-ready content plus long-term strategies for social media success. Participants leave with polished posts ready to engage customers during the crucial holiday selling season.
Session Availability:
- Drew Wooton: Available Sunday and Monday during show hours
- Jen Parker: Sunday, Sept. 28, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM only
Space is limited, and jewelers are encouraged to reserve one time slot per expert, per store. To sign up, go to instoremag.com/instore-jewelry-show-social-content-station. (Please note that you must be registered for a free trade show badge in order to gain access to your schedule content-station session onsite.)
“Independent retailers often struggle to find the time and tools to elevate their social media,” says Trace Shelton, editor-in-chief of INSTORE. “This new content station delivers both, right when they need it most — before the holiday season.”
“This initiative is exactly what makes the INSTORE Jewelry Show different,” adds Matthijs Braakman, CEO of SmartWork Media. “We’re not just talking about marketing — we’re helping jewelers roll up their sleeves, get hands-on, and create content they can use immediately to drive results.”
If your holiday posts need to shine brighter this year, the Social Media Content Station is the place to start.
