Actress Jennifer Lawrence showed off her new engagement ring, which she received from Cooke Maroney, a New York City-based art gallery director, at Dior’s show at Paris Fashion Week.

ELLE.com described the sparkler as “emerald-shaped and definitely diamond.”

And based on interviews with experts, the publication concluded that it’s worth about $200,000.

Grant Mobley, gemologist, described it as “a 4 to 5 carat emerald cut diamond and set in a classic platinum four prong solitaire mounting with a petit band.”

“The beauty of a classic mounting like this is that the center diamond is the main focus and can get all of the attention,” Mobley was quoted saying.

Andrew Fox, president of SuperJeweler.com,told ELLE.com that the diamond is probably 3 to 4 carats and that the ring is “surprisingly modest.”

Yahoo Style UK noted another detail.

“Interestingly, the rock isn’t fixed to the centre of the ring which adds a modern touch,” the publication reported.

Ready to Relocate? Wilkerson Makes Your Move Seamless

When Brockhaus Jewelry decided to leave their longtime West Main Street storefront for a standalone building elsewhere in Norman, Oklahoma, owners John Brockhaus and Brad Shipman faced a familiar challenge: how to efficiently reduce inventory before the big move. Their solution? Partnering with liquidation specialists Wilkerson for a second time. "We'd already experienced Wilkerson's professionalism during a previous sale," Shipman recalls. "But their approach to our relocation event truly impressed us. They strategically prioritized our existing pieces while tactfully introducing complementary merchandise as inventory levels decreased." The carefully orchestrated sale didn't just meet targets—it shattered them. Asked if they'd endorse Wilkerson to industry colleagues planning similar transitions—whether relocating, retiring, or refreshing their space—both partners were emphatic in their approval. "The entire process was remarkably straightforward," Shipman notes. "Wilkerson delivered a well-structured program, paired us with a knowledgeable advisor, and managed every detail flawlessly from concept to completion."
