(PRESS RELEASE) NEENAH, WI — Jewelers Mutual Group continues to reduce risk and add value to the jewelry industry by teaming up with The Brinks Company (NYSE: BCO) to offer special pricing services through the Zing marketplace.

The Zing marketplace is a no cost, easy-to-use, digital dashboard featuring products from Jewelers Mutual and other industry leaders like IDEX, Gemworld and now Brinks. The addition of Brinks to the Zing marketplace builds on the ability for the jewelry industry to save time and costs when sending packages.

“Lost, damaged or stolen jewelry during transit has always plagued the industry,” said Oliver Buckle-Wright, senior commercial director for Brinks. “Keeping shipments safe will become increasingly challenging due to the rise of e-commerce but we’re ready for the higher demand and eager to help the industry.”

Within the Zing marketplace, the process for setting up armored transport with Brinks is simple and available to all jewelry businesses — including those who have never used Brinks before. A no obligation quote will automatically generate after entering basic shipment information. If the quote is accepted, a representative from Brinks will initiate contact to finish the arrangement.

“We are excited for these two trusted and historic brands to come together and offer solutions to our clients,” said Tina Olm, vice president of shipping solutions at Jewelers Mutual. “Collaborative efforts like this make the Zing marketplace, the mostrobust and time-saving, one-stop-shop for the jewelry industry.”
