A group of two men and two women followed a jewelry courier in New York and stole from him.

On Sept. 12, the victim was conducting money and jewelry pickups in Brooklyn for a wholesale dealer based in New Jersey, according to a bulletin from the Jewelers’ Security Alliance.

The subjects followed the courier to Manhattan, where they slashed his tire while he stopped at a red light and offered assistance in changing it, JSA reported.
