The sighting: Actress, singer, and Millennial icon Hilary Duff recently released her first new music in many years, to the extreme delight of my precise age group.

She wore a leather jacket, white tee, and sequined skirt for the occasion and accessorized with some fantastic jewelry.

The jewels: The jewelry that caught my eye here was Hilary Duff’s rings: she wore two of Zahn-Z’s gorgeous Zaha rings stacked on her pointer finger.

The first was a ZAHA Medium ring, luscious swoop of 14K yellow gold set with a champagne-colored round Old European cut diamond (listed online for $4,900).

The second was a Petite ZAHA Baguette Diamond ring also in 14L yellow gold, with an arc of baguette diamonds (listed online for $10,000).

The trends: Zahn-Z’s ZAHA rings hit so many current trends, which is probably why they’re so wildly popular on jewelry social media. They’re chunky abstract gold with satisfying amorphous shapes, featuring unusual diamond cuts, and they’re perfectly suited for stacking statement pieces together (like Duff has done here).

It’s an enviable, covetable look with high trend potential.

What do we think? Shoutout to Duff and her stylist, Caroline DeJean, for absolutely nailing this. The ensemble is casual cool at its finest, from those black tights to the leather jacket, and these two sleek, sparkling rings stacked together are the perfect jewelry accompaniment to this effortlessly chic vibe.

This kind of statement stacking – with two larger pieces worn together – is exactly what jewelry styling is all about in winter 2025.

Judgement: 14/10 for a fantastic jewelry moment from our erstwhile Lizzie McGuire.

Honoring a Legacy: How Smith & Son Jewelers Exceeded Every Goal With Wilkerson

When Andrew Smith decided to close the Springfield, Massachusetts location of Smith & Son Jewelers, the decision came down to family. His father was retiring after 72 years in the business, and Andrew wanted to spend more time with his children and soon-to-arrive grandchildren. For this fourth-generation jeweler whose great-grandfather founded the company in 1918, closing the 107-year-old Springfield location required the right partner. Smith chose Wilkerson, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. "Everything they told me was 100% true," Smith says. "The ease and use of all their tools was wonderful." The consultants' knowledge and expertise proved invaluable. Smith and his father set their own financial goal, but Wilkerson proposed three more ambitious targets. "We thought we would never make it," Smith explains. "We were dead wrong. We hit our first goal, second goal and third goal. It was amazing." Smith's recommendation is emphatic: "I would never be able to do what they did by myself."
