The sighting: Actress Sharon Stone can’t get enough of these earrings! In one week, she wore them on Watch What Happens Live, on The Today Show, and in an Instagram selfie taken in a different outfit (embedded above).

Obviously, we must discuss!

The jewels: Sharon Stone is wearing Sydney Evan’s Gold & Diamond Medium Fringe Huggie Hoops. She styled them with a turtleneck in her Instagram selfie, on a t-shirt with a stack of necklaces for her Today Show appearance, and with a flamboyant low-cut suit and single diamond rivieré on Watch What Happens Live.

These huggie style earrings are made from 14K yellow gold with a hanging fringe of long, textured gold triangles set with pavé diamonds. They’re on the larger side for a huggie, allowing some space between the lobe and the bottom of the earring’s hoop.
Currently available for $2,135.

There’s a cool story behind these earrings: the actress didn’t simply buy them or receive them from a stylist. Instead, Stone happened to meet Rosanne Karmes, Sydney Evan’s designer, on a plane – the two struck up a conversation, and Karmes presented the earrings to Stone afterwards as a personal gift.

The trends: These babies hit several major trends: chunky yellow gold, textured jewelry, and a whimsical approach to fine jewelry being the biggest ones.

What do we think? I can’t give these earrings an unbiased judgement because I have a serious problem resisting jewelry with fringe. I can’t count the number of times I’ve shown a friend a piece of jewelry I love and they’ve said “well of course you like it, it has a fringe.”

Like Sharon Stone (no relation, despite our last names), I would rock these earrings all over town. I’d wear them alone, I’d pair them with necklaces, I’d wear them with casual outfits, I’d wear them with formal outfits. I wouldn’t wear them with a turtleneck, but that’s only because I hate turtlenecks.

These earrings are perfect and I covet them.

Judgement: 14/10 for a fantastic pair of FRINGED earrings.

He’d watched friends and fellow jewelers navigate store closings with Wilkerson’s help, and their recommendations were hard to ignore. Once he connected with the Wilkerson team, the decision was clear. “They made me feel like family,” he says. Wilkerson’s team handled every detail day by day, kept Marc informed every step of the way and delivered results that met and exceeded his financial goals. Watch Marc share the story of Malloves Jewelers’ final chapter — and why he slept soundly through all of it.
