Kendra Scott is stepping back in as interim CEO of the company she started.

Departing the company are CEO Tom Nolan, Chief Financial Officer Jason Friesen and Chief People Officer Danielle Stewart, Adweek reports.

“We are grateful for the leadership, expertise, and vision they brought to Kendra Scott,” the company said in a statement to Adweek.

Scott will be joined by Neal Bronzo, a longtime Kendra Scott executive stepping into the combined role of interim CFO and chief operating officer; and Beth Ley, a former Kendra Scott leader who will return as CPO on Sept. 1.

The company stated that it “is entering an exciting new chapter of expansion across channels, categories, and markets” following a a record-breaking year of growth and a private equity investment.

The leadership changes come not long after the Austin-based company received a “significant minority investment” from 65 Equity Partners, a private equity firm. As part of the September transaction, Scott, who already held the majority share in the private company, increased her equity holding.

Closing With Confidence: How Bailey's Fine Jewelry Achieved Outstanding Results With Wilkerson

When Trey Bailey, President and CEO of Bailey's Fine Jewelry, decided to close the Crabtree location in Raleigh, North Carolina after 15 years, he knew the decision needed to be handled with intention and professionalism. The goal was clear: exit the location while maintaining financial strength and honoring the store's legacy. Having worked with Wilkerson successfully in the past, Bailey understood the value of their comprehensive approach. "They understood both the emotional and financial sides of the store closing sale," Trey explains. "Their reputation for professionalism, results and care made it a very easy decision." The results exceeded expectations. Wilkerson helped Bailey's sell through significant inventory while maintaining the dignity of the closing process. "They don't just run a sale, they help close a chapter in the best way possible," Bailey says, strongly recommending Wilkerson to any jeweler facing a similar transition.
