Kim Kardashian West wore a 20-carat diamond ring possibly worth $10 million to MTV’s Video Music Awards, Us Weekly reports. A gift from husband Kanye West, the ring was designed by Lorraine Schwartz and features an emerald-cut center stone set on a thin band studded with pavé diamonds. According to the article, the stone is categorized as D flawless, Type IIa. Kardashian West (shown, with ring) also wore a skintight dress, lace-up heels and a pair of gold necklaces.
