A seasoned sales and marketing executive, Coutu brings more than 20 years of progressive experience in jewelry and precious metals business development, management, merchandising, and pricing strategy. In her role, she is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and aligning sales strategy with LeachGarner’s long-term business objectives.

Throughout her career, Coutu has held key leadership roles at industry-respected organizations, including Colibri, where she served as Merchandiser and Product Manager, and the original Leach & Garner / General Findings organization. During her previous tenure with LeachGarner, she advanced from Marketing Director to National Account Manager, delivering consistent revenue growth and managing major retail programs.

Coutu’s expertise spans product lifecycle management, strategic sales planning, and cross-functional leadership, with a proven ability to deliver measurable results in competitive markets.

She holds an MBA in Leadership and Marketing from Providence College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from Rhode Island College, graduating magna cum laude. Coutu is an active member of the Providence Jewelers Club (past president), Women’s Jewelers Association, The Boston Jewelers Club, and Manufacturers, Jewelers & Suppliers of America, where she has served in leadership and advisory roles.

Passionate about education and mentorship, Coutu has also contributed as an adult education instructor and lecturer, sharing her expertise in marketing and business strategy. She is widely recognized for her collaborative leadership style, strategic vision, and welcoming approach.
