Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry Signs Lease in Albuquerque, NM

(PRESS RELEASE) ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Lee Michael Berg, of Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry, along with his three sons, Ryan, Scott and Chad Berg, have signed a lease for a new store at ABQ Uptown in Albuquerque, NM.  Currently an eight location fine jewelry firm with $50 million in sales, this newest location will open in late spring 2018.

The Albuquerque store will be 3,500 square feet and represent many of the most prestigious watch and jewelry manufacturers in the world, including world-famous Rolex timepieces, David Yurman jewelry and many other luxury designers.  The new store at ABQ Uptown will be the ninth store in this family owned and operated business.

In 1978, Lee Michael Berg, realized his dream of owning a jewelry store unsurpassed in quality of merchandise and customer service.  This dream continues now with his three sons at the helm with a new store in ABQ Uptown.  “Our philosophy is to provide each Lee Michaels’ customer with extraordinary jewelry and service.  For 40 years, service has been the cornerstone of our growth and will continue to be the foundation we build upon.  Albuquerque presented another opportunity to introduce new customers to that level of quality and service for which Lee Michaels is known in Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi,” Lee Berg says, CEO and Founder of Lee Michaels.

“We recognize our people are our greatest asset and are thrilled to have Ron Beauchamp, retired owner of Albuquerque’s own Beauchamp Jewelers, as a key team member to introduce us to the community,” Ryan Berg, President of Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry, who will oversee the Albuquerque market, said. “Lee Michaels desires to offer Albuquerqueans the newest and most innovative designs.  It’s our passion that we provide every opportunity for our customers to create memories and mark milestones.”

The Berg family is very active in many local and national organizations.  Ryan, Scott, and Chad Berg all serve on numerous local and industry boards and dedicate their time to many charitable organizations in the communities where their stores are located.   Lee Michaels believes in giving back to the communities in which they serve and they are extremely excited to become a part of the culture of the Albuquerque community.
