Actress’ upcoming film will offer the brand more red carpet exposure.

British actress Keira Knightley – who received numerous award nominations for her role in “The Imitation Game” two years ago – has been selected as the new ambassador for Chanel Jewelry, Fashionista writes. The article says that the 31-year-old “is as experienced a perennial muse as they come, previously fronting the house’s Coco Mademoiselle perfume and Rouge Coco lipstick, the former of which she began as early as 2007.” She also has an upcoming film called “Collateral Beauty” set to be released later this year, giving the brand more opportunities for exposure on the red carpet.
