Pinterest has spoken. The world’s largest online scrapbook (and the absolute favorite of brides and brides-to-be) announced the most trending bridal search terms in its 2018 Wedding Trends report. The Knot is also reporting an up-tick in moissanite interest, according to its 2017 Jewelry & Engagement Study. Of the 11% of brides who favor precious stones other than diamond for engagement rings, moissanite is one of their top three choices. The Knot’s study also reinforces the importance of Pinterest to the marrying kind: 62% of respondents say they rely on Pinterest for “ring research and/or inspiration.”
