(PRESS RELEASE) Uneek Jewelry has named Chris Matty as the newest addition to its sales team.

Matty has joined Uneek as regional vice president of sales to further develop our portfolio of regional accounts in the eastern U.S., more specifically the New England regions, the Mid-Atlantic, the Carolinas and Kentucky.

Matty grew up in San Diego and from an early age developed an appreciation for high-end luxury by watching his father succeed in the jewelry business. He has thrived in many arenas of the high-end world, working with Mercedes Benz, Cadillac and, most recently, Gumuchian and ColorMasters. He started with Gumuchian straight out of college and grew his territory each of his four years as he managed current accounts and created partnerships with the highest-end stores in his western territory.

Matty can be reached at (760) 703-1634, or via e-mail at [email protected]. He will be available at the Uneek salon (# LUX 1325) at the upcoming Luxury and JCK Shows in Las Vegas, NV.

Wilkerson Testimonials

Retirement Made Easy with Wilkerson

The store was a landmark in Topeka, Kansas, but after 80 years in business, it was time for Briman’s Leading Jewelers to close up shop. Third generation jeweler and owner Rob Briman says the decision wasn’t easy, but the sale that followed was — all thanks to Wilkerson. Briman had decided a year prior to the summer 2020 sale that he wanted to retire. With a pandemic in full force, he had plenty of questions and concerns. “We had no real way to know if we were going to be successful or have a failure on our hands,” says Briman. “We didn’t know what to expect.” But with Wilkerson in charge, the experience was “fantastic” and now there’s plenty of time for relaxing and enjoying a more secure retirement. “I would recommend Wilkerson to any retailer considering a going-out-of-business sale,” says Briman. “They’ll help you reach your financial goal. Our experience was a tremendous success.”
