(PRESS RELEASE) Michael Hill International Limited announced that, following an extensive search, it has appointed Vanessa Brennan as its chief customer officer.
Brennan joins Michael Hill with over 22 years experience in strategic marketing and communications gained in Australia, Europe, Latin America and Asia. Vanessa has held a number of significant roles, including managing director of Clemenger BBDO Brisbane and general manager of marketing for Terry White Chemists. She is currently a partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she has led the customer transformation and insights practice for PwC for Queensland as well as being a member of the national PwC CMO Advisory practice.
As chief customer officer, Brennan will hold an enterprise role across Customer, Brand, Marketing, eCommerce and Insights.
Brennan will begin her new position in early 2018.
