It’s set for mid-May.
(PRESS RELEASE) OAK BROOK, IL — Investing in your business means more than just new inventory or carpets. Investing in your employees shows them that they are an integral part of your business and encourages them to invest personally in your store. In mid-May, RJO members will be doing just that. A group of employees, managers, owners and future-owners of RJO stores will learn these human resource techniques and more at RJO’s Next Generation weekend.
The speakers at the event include facilitator Kate Peterson of Performance Concepts, Andrew Rickard of RDI, and Craig MacBean of Ostbye. Here, attendees will participate in roundtable discussions, listen to speakers and weigh the options for what-if scenarios. Past attendees stress that the networking that took place at Next Gen will stay with them for years to come.
Joe Schiavone of Z’s Fine Jewelry in Peoria, AZ, says, “Networking is amazing. I walked away with a group of friends that I will be forever connected with to help grow our business. It doesn’t matter whether you are ready to transition your business to the next generation or just have a younger group of individuals in the store your store will be better from this event.”
The next RJO Next Generation Experience is made possible by sponsorship from RDI Diamonds, Ostbye, Stuller, Rarest Rainbow and Federated Insurance. For more information, visit www.rjomembers.com or check out RJO on Facebook.
