(PRESS RELEASE) NEW YORK — The Plumb Club welcomes new members, as well as new categories, to its impressive roster. For the first time, the Club has opened membership to service providers of the jewelry and watch industry. With 45 existing members, representing over 100 jewelry and watch brands, companies Chic Pistachio and Gemological Science International (GSI) join other leading firms that are shaping the future of the industry and who exhibit in The Plumb Club’s Pavilion at the JCK Las Vegas Show.

Chic Pistachio is the brainchild of over 100 years of combined experience in the jewelry industry to create a company that has access to all the latest technology and manufacturing to create brands with worldwide appeal. Their flagship brands, ANIA HAIE and AURELIE GI, have quickly become best sellers in the US market and are expanding their global reach as well. They have a talented staff of designers, artists, and technicians to work with sales, marketing, and logistics teams with one focus – creating the best jewelry at the best price with the most appeal. Their family of brands is the result. Each brand focuses on a different aspect of today’s jewelry needs from sterling silver designs to women’s 14kt delicate trends to the bold characteristics found in nature.

“When evaluating our future, we recognized instinctively that The Plumb Club is the perfect fit for the next step in our US expansion,” says Alisa Bunger, vice president of US sales and operations for Chic Pistachio. “The Plumb Club showcases high quality manufacturers and brands, so we know it will make for a great collaboration. We’ve seen amazing success the past few years and look forward to a beneficial partnership.”

This Third-Generation Jeweler Was Ready for Retirement. He Called Wilkerson

Retirement is never easy, especially when it means the end to a business that was founded in 1884. But for Laura and Sam Sipe, it was time to put their own needs first. They decided to close J.C. Sipe Jewelers, one of Indianapolis’ most trusted names in fine jewelry, and call Wilkerson. “Laura and I decided the conditions were right,” says Sam. Wilkerson handled every detail in their going-out-of-business sale, from marketing to manning the sales floor. “The main goal was to sell our existing inventory that’s all paid for and turn that into cash for our retirement,” says Sam. “It’s been very, very productive.” Would they recommend Wilkerson to other jewelers who want to enjoy their golden years? Absolutely! “Call Wilkerson,” says Laura. “They can help you achieve your goals so you’ll be able to move into retirement comfortably.”
