Some stores mainly sell branded jewelry, while others avoid such pieces entirely. And many fall somewhere in the middle, deriving healthy portions of their revenue from both branded and non-branded jewelry.

When Tom Moses decided to close one of the two Moses Jewelers stores in western Pennsylvania, it was time to call in the experts.
