(PRESS RELEASE) NEW YORK — Just in time for Valentine’s Day proposals, REEDS is debuting a brand new all-platinum diamond bridal and anniversary jewelry collection. Available in five of their stores, including locations in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, as well as on REEDS.com, the 90-piece collection includes engagement rings, as well as wedding and anniversary bands in an assortment of styles sure to elicit many yeses during the most romantic time of year.

“We are very excited to increase our platinum diamond bridal offerings for our valued customers,” shared Judy Fisher, senior vice president of Merchandising at REEDS. “This expansive collection will suit many different style preferences, and the enduring nature of platinum will ensure these future heirlooms are well-loved for generations.”

The new collection includes a range of style including solitaires paired with side stones and halo-set engagement rings, as well as channel-set wedding bands and multi-layer diamond anniversary bands. From sleek and stackable bands, to those incorporating sapphires and rubies, the collection is varied and all set in naturally white platinum, which will hold the gemstones more securely than other precious metals.

“To see a commitment to such a sizable display of platinum bridal jewelry in a top-tier retailer like REEDS is a match made in heaven,” commented PGI USA’s Senior Vice President, Kevin Reilly. “REEDS has recognized the power of platinum within their company and are continuing to grow that sector of their business by delivering collections for which consumers are shopping.”

This Third-Generation Jeweler Was Ready for Retirement. He Called Wilkerson

Retirement is never easy, especially when it means the end to a business that was founded in 1884. But for Laura and Sam Sipe, it was time to put their own needs first. They decided to close J.C. Sipe Jewelers, one of Indianapolis’ most trusted names in fine jewelry, and call Wilkerson. “Laura and I decided the conditions were right,” says Sam. Wilkerson handled every detail in their going-out-of-business sale, from marketing to manning the sales floor. “The main goal was to sell our existing inventory that’s all paid for and turn that into cash for our retirement,” says Sam. “It’s been very, very productive.” Would they recommend Wilkerson to other jewelers who want to enjoy their golden years? Absolutely! “Call Wilkerson,” says Laura. “They can help you achieve your goals so you’ll be able to move into retirement comfortably.”
