Patton completes a powerhouse executive leadership team.

(PRESS RELEASE) AZSUSA, CA — Robbins Brothers, The Engagement Ring Experts, announced that Ann-Marie Patton has joined the executive leadership team as Vice President of Stores.

Patton is an experienced store operations executive with demonstrated expertise in the jewelry industry. She has spent the majority of her career at Signet Jewelers, where she held two leadership roles, most recently as Vice President, North America – Kay Division. Prior to that, she served as Divisional Vice President, North America for Jared and Design & Service Center Divisions.

“Ann-Marie brings far more than experience to our team,” said President & CEO of Robbins Brothers Marc Friedant. “She also brings a belief that engaged team members are key to delivering consistent and unparalleled in-store customer experiences, which ultimately leads to exceptional sales performance and team member and customer loyalty. She is a very strong addition to our already stellar team.”

Patton joins Robbins Brothers after being hand-selected and sought out by Friedant who has been strategic about identifying specialized leaders who bring innovation, experience, and a dedication to customer service to the team.

“It is critical in our world that merchandising, marketing, and store operations all work seamlessly together, driving innovation and high-touch customer experiences to keep the brand evolving and top of mind with today’s customers,” said Friedant. “I am confident that we have truly built a dream team in these three areas. We now have three powerhouse executives leading the charge and alongside our recent management buyout, we are set up for success.”

Patton joins Vice President of Merchandising Sue Hopeman, Vice President of Marketing Kris Land, and other professionals who comprise the company’s executive leadership team. Hopeman joined Robbins Brothers in 2019 with more than 20 years of merchandising experience with a strong background in strategic development and driving retail growth. Previously, she worked as Executive Vice President of Merchandising, Marketing and eCommerce for Visionworks, a national eyewear company. She also worked in similar roles at Sally Beauty Supply, Things Remembered and spent 14 years in the fine jewelry industry with the Zale Corporation, advancing to President of Gordon’s Jewelers, a division of Zale.

Land joined the company in 2021 bringing decades of experience in traditional and digital marketing strategy and brand visioning in the jewelry industry. Most recently, she was the Chief Marketing Officer for Alex and Ani where she was instrumental in transforming the business into an online retailer. She also worked in VP roles for Jared Galleria of Jewelry and Kay Jewelers and was also the Chief Marketing Officer for Ultra Diamonds in Chicago.
