Roseco Accepting Orders Online and by Phone

Roseco announced that while its normal operations are suspended, it will have a limited staff available to take orders.

Orders are being accepted online at roseco.com and via phone at 800-527-4490 every Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central.

Roseco is shipping orders via FedEx Monday thru Friday. Orders received by 3 p.m. Central will go out the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. Central will be shipped the following business day.

The company is currently not allowing any pickup or courier orders. The showroom will remain closed until further notice.

“Under these trying circumstances, we are doing our best to service your needs. As always, your business and trust you place with Roseco are greatly appreciated,” said company President Bob Rose.

Roseco provides the industry with jewelry findings and mountings, chain, diamond melee, precious and semi-precious natural and synthetic loose stones, wires and solders, bead stringing goods, components and parts for jewelry needs including tools, equipment, supplies and accessories.
