Salesman Robbed of $200,000 in Jewelry Outside Hotel in Florida

Taken was a suitcase that contained rings, necklaces, watches and other items.

A jewelry salesman was attacked and robbed of nearly $200,000 in jewelry in Belle Isle, FL.

The robbery happened during the daytime in the parking lot of the Wyndham Garden hotel, WOFL-TV reports. Scroll down to watch a news video about the crime.

The salesman and his girlfriend were walking to their automobile on April 22. They were knocked down after three people who drove up in a dark Chevrolet Impala. The suspects were wearing masks.

Police said the salesman was not injured. The woman suffered a scrape to her knee.

Taken was a suitcase that contained rings, necklaces, watches and other items.

The crime was captured in security footage. Police are still looking for the suspects.
