Ms. BanjongjittAngsusingh, director-general of Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce (Thailand) announces the country’s readiness to organize the 63rdBangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair February 2019 under the concept of “Thailand’s Magic Hands : The Spirit of Jewelry Making” on February 20 to 24, 2019 at ImpactMuang Thong Thani. For decades, Thai artisans have demonstrated their craftsmanship skills, from the prosperity of arts and culture since ancient times combined with unique Thai identity, Thailand’s craftsmanship has been passed on through the generations. Today, the skills of Thai artisans are a source of creative jewelry masterpieces. This international gems and jewelry fair is set to welcome over 20,000 visitors with over 2,200 booths from countries such as Japan, China, Hong Kong, Israel, India, Italy, South Korea, Turkey, Singapore, Indonesia and CLMV countries.At the fair, business matching activities will be held and a variety of gems and jewelry products will be on display from gemstones, diamonds, find jewelry, silver, gold, pearls, to machinery and equipment relating to the industry.

Moreover, visitors can explore the jewelry collections from leading Thai and international brands as well as 140 brands from new exhibitors in “The New Faces” zone from The Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (GIT), Thai Goldsmiths Association, and new jewelry brands from across the country. In the “Innovation and Design Zone (IDZ)”, discover jewelry products that are innovative and creatively designed while “The Niche Showcase” and“The Jewelers” zone will showcase beautiful and unique jewelry from designers.
