IS IT JUST ME, or is the entire jewelry industry wondering what dazzling studs have shown up on two different occasions in the new Mrs. Affleck’s ears as the couple and their children were taking in the sights of Paris? I have read all about her Reformation dresses, her Jennifer Meyer hoops, and the meaningful Foundrae necklace that Ben gave Jen for her 52nd birthday in 2021. I have also read about her trading in her high-heeled shoes for flip-flop style sandals and her Birkin bag and every place they’ve visited, dined and stayed while they honeymooned in the City of Lights, but so far I haven’t read any reports about the sparkly studs decorating her lobes. When I zoom in for a closer look, I see that they are green — her favorite color, surrounded by pink — and I am wondering if the center is comprised of green diamonds surrounded by a pink diamond halo. I have found what I believe to be the same or similar earrings on Beverly Hills Diamonds’ IG page, and I do believe that since it was the firm’s diamantaire Ilan Portugali who hooked Ben up with the green diamond engagement ring that the earrings are in fact exactly what I think they are. But if so, were they a honeymoon or birthday gift from Ben, and when did she receive them?

As of this writing, all I can say is they would tie together their 20-year history in yet another meaningful jewel, with the pink diamonds representing the first engagement ring Ben gave to Jen back in 2002 before the couple broke up in 2004, and the green diamonds representing the new engagement ring that she wears on her finger as Mrs. Affleck.

This Third-Generation Jeweler Was Ready for Retirement. He Called Wilkerson

Retirement is never easy, especially when it means the end to a business that was founded in 1884. But for Laura and Sam Sipe, it was time to put their own needs first. They decided to close J.C. Sipe Jewelers, one of Indianapolis’ most trusted names in fine jewelry, and call Wilkerson. “Laura and I decided the conditions were right,” says Sam. Wilkerson handled every detail in their going-out-of-business sale, from marketing to manning the sales floor. “The main goal was to sell our existing inventory that’s all paid for and turn that into cash for our retirement,” says Sam. “It’s been very, very productive.” Would they recommend Wilkerson to other jewelers who want to enjoy their golden years? Absolutely! “Call Wilkerson,” says Laura. “They can help you achieve your goals so you’ll be able to move into retirement comfortably.”
