ILAH CIBIS JEWELRY, WORCESTER, MA

Ilah Cibis, a jewelry designer, goldsmith and retailer, earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in theatrical production from Boston University. She also graduated from the jewelry making and repair program at North Bennett Street School in Boston, where she now teaches CAD. Her converted-warehouse store is a 2024 honorable mention winner of INSTORE’s America’s Coolest Stores Contest. It’s known in the region for its magically creative interior, complete with secret passageways and an enchanted forest foyer. “I was shooting for the moon and had a specific plan in mind,” she says. “Everybody who walks in here thinks it’s amazing. It makes me feel good.”
