(PRESS RELEASE) WASHINGTON, D.C. — Tiny Jewel Box announced that Jaeger-LeCoultre and IWC Schaffhausen will debut newly redesigned spaces and expand the heritage watch shopping experience in the iconic M and Connecticut building in the heart of Washington, D.C. this June. One of the largest (26,000 sq ft) and most historic (founded in 1930) independent jewelers in the United States, Tiny Jewel Box continues to elevate the luxury watch shopping experience.

The redesigned space of Jaeger-LeCoultre translates the spirit of its captivating world of fine watchmaking. Since 1833, Jaeger-LeCoultre has been driven by a relentless pursuit of innovation and creativity, drawing inspiration from its home in the Vallée de Joux. Renowned as “The Watchmaker of Watchmakers,” the Manufacture is distinguished by its mastery of complications and the precision of its mechanisms. This inventive spirit has led to the creation of over 1,400 different calibres and the awarding of more than 430 patents. The newly redesigned space was conceived as a journey of discovery, showcasing the fascinating story of the Maison and its iconic collections, including Reverso, Master, Polaris, Duomètre, Rendez-Vous, and Atmos.

IWC Schaffhausen timepieces are renowned not only for their timekeeping precision and iconic design, but also for their passion for innovative solutions and technical ingenuity. With a focus on crafting timepieces that are inherently sustainable, IWC Schaffhausen is the first watchmaker to produce a sustainability report to Global Reporting Initiative Standards.

The refresh is part of Tiny Jewel Box’s ongoing collaboration with Richemont, whose unique portfolio includes Jaeger-LeCoultre, IWC, and the store’s newest addition, Panerai among their prestigious Maisons. The Panerai-branded space launches simultaneously with Jaeger-LeCoultre and IWC. As the only authorized Panerai retailer in Washington, D.C., the new space in Tiny Jewel Box reflects the brand’s signature style: a unique blend of distinctive Italian design, Swiss precision, and a storied connection to the Italian Navy. Another premier Richemont brand is Cartier, which remains a cornerstone of Tiny Jewel Box’s luxury offering.

“By creating these new environments for Jaeger-LeCoultre and IWC, we’re able to better showcase the unique identities and horological legacies of both brands,” said Matthew Rosenheim, president of Tiny Jewel Box. “These updates bring greater clarity to the in-store experience and reinforce our commitment to the world’s finest watchmakers.”

The two Swiss watchmakers, each renowned for their heritage, innovation and craftsmanship, will now feature reimagined environments within the store. These updated spaces are part of a broader realignment of Tiny Jewel Box’s watch presentation and reflect the boutique’s continued evolution as a destination for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
